You have to go big...here's why π― Wednesday Win

When you really know what you desire in life, the most important commitment you need to make is to go all out for that primary goal. Want to see that big change in your life? Then going big is essential. While that might sound intimidating, the fear of the start is far worse than living the work every day. You can do it!
Too many have a lottery winner dream of a great life instead of a vision of their own path to success. Hoping some external force will deliver an amazing opportunity without having to work for it isn't a reliable path to a fulfilled life. Instead, aim higher and make the tough changes that will deliver those life-changing results.
Let's explore:
1. Small changes deliver small results
Little improvements like getting enough rest, thinking about goals, and finding positive peers and mentors are positive changes, but they aren't going to triple your income or raise your relationships to the next level.
Use small changes to build up your positive habit-forming muscles, but don't spend too much time focused on these minor adjustments.
If things are far off-track, start small to get your house in order: healthy eating, increase physical activity, spend time outside, block out time for reading and investing in yourself, and get a handle on your schedule.
Small is OK when you start
Get fundamentals right
Build positive momentum with excellent habits
Celebrate your wins, but keep perspective
You can start small, but keep growing in ambition and impact.
2. Big changes deliver big results
What really moves the needle? Big goals. Massive action.
Clear, written goals are essential. Focus first on who you need to be to achieve that goal unlocks your full mind to pursue the necessary actions. I'll say that again: first embrace your new identity and then behave as that new person would in every situation. You must become your future self in your mind and then the actions will follow. Don't aim for 5% better; drive for 500%.
You need a clear understanding of your driving purpose. Making big changes is hard, but worthwhile if it's drawing your priority goal within reach. You need an epic driver first, then the work will be the easy part.
Embrace the boldness of your goal
Link it to your primary driving reason for that goal
Identify who is the kind of person that performs like that
Act in alignment with that new identity
3. To have more, become more
Many like to set financial or lifestyle goals. More income. Nicer neighborhood. More ability to help family or friends. Understand that you first need to perform at a high level first before your income will rise to meet your performance.
The same principle applies for other goals. For greater health, it's not enough to eat healthy and exercise for one day. Or for five or even fifty. It must be a fundamental and long-term change repeated everyday.
In every way that you want to improve your life, you must first deliver and then the rewards can start flowing.
There is an order to life: first you must plant and only later can you harvest
Connect with the right identity and then the rewards will be a natural result
First, over-deliver
4. Focus is speed
Yes, big results require big action, but that doesn't mean you should try to do everything all at once. A narrow focus combined with massive action concentrated on that priority goal is like hitting the gas in a race car.
Identify your absolute top priority. Break out the necessary milestone steps. Make plans for each week. Execute relentlessly.
Goals to plans to action is the pathway for sustained success.
Idea
Narrower focus drives you faster overall
Minimize task and focus switching
With overwhelming focus, you have no choice but to make progress on your absolute top priority
Action Summary
Most people don't dream big enough. They only look at the immediate world around them and discount their own abilities. Set higher goals, pursue more successful mentors, and lock-in more ambitious plans.
Recognize that outsized success requires outsized changes to make them real. Revise your thinking to bring those ambitious goals into your vision.
Start small if you must, but don't linger there
Aim higher and tackle a bigger goal
Acknowledge that you must grow to realize the rewards
Embrace focus to achieve faster
